Hi Lia -
Thanks for taking the time to read my blogfest entry. I enjoyed your entry as well! Each character has a very distinct voice, expecially your charater Tina – good stuff!

Thanks! Tina’s not a very important character, but I wanted to convey how different she was from the other two women. I’m glad you liked it. And thanks for returning the comment! ^_^

Definitely agree with Lia. The characters are very well-defined and consistent. Their conversation makes me want to keep reading. I confess. The attacks caught me. I want to know what’s going on :)

Smashing! I really was sucked into this story, loved the characters and their voices and became fascinated by the world they live in. I would read on and on.

This didn’t read first drafty at all. Great characterization, and it had an easy going flow to it. Terrific dialogue :)

Thanks Write-brained, Georgia and Tara for dropping by! I’m so glad you enjoyed it, and glad it doesn’t read too first drafty. ^_^

This was charming. I felt like I was sitting right there at the table with the ladies sipping coffee and gossiping. Some intriguing references too that make me wonder what genre this is? – ah I just looked at the top of your blog and my instincts confirmed. Steampunk! YEAH!

Thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed! And you could tell it was Steampunk from this small snippet! That’s awesome! ^_^
